Easy Cheesy Puffs

1 pkg. Pillsbury Cresent rolls (1 tube makes 18 puffs)
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp grated cheese (I use marble cheddar)
1 egg white
1/4 tsp italian seasoning (I forgot to add this time)

Instructions:
Open cresent roll tube and unroll the dough.
Press together the pieces to form a square.
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the rolled out dough and top with the cheese.
Roll up the dough starting at one end to form a log.
Slice into 1/2" rounds (pinwheels)
Place rounds onto a cookie sheet and brush tops with egg white.
Sprinkle tops with a bit of italian seasoning.
Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Serve warm right from the oven.

Thanks Guys :) I meant to post these last week but forgot....and you are right Barb the possibilities are limitless! I had meant to add rosemary to these that night but got distracted!
One alternative idea would be to make a breakfast or desert version spinkling cinnamon sugar on them before you roll them as well as some over the egg white.....simple and quick!

I found crescent roll dough for recipes... no need to pinch edges together, one large piece. I used it as a chicken alfredo pizza crust.
These look good and easy.
