Grilled Stuffed peppers

4 blocky bell peppers tops and innards removed
3/4 # lean ground sirloin
3/4 cup fine chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic minced
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cups cooked rice
shredded cheese

Brown the beef, onions, celery, garlic and seasonings. Add cooked rice, sauce and set aside. Pre heat grill. Lightly coat the skins of the peppers with oil. Fill shells with the mix and set on grill in indirect heat <medium> for about 30 minutes. When peppers are nearly done top with cheese <I used gouda> and cook another 5 minutes
