Peeps did steak with mac and cheese the other day.
That looked really good, so maybe that, or I may make homemade potato salad for the side.

Thank you Sass.

I think DD and I will split a sirloin steak and eggs benny (1 egg each) for dinner. Ultimate steak and eggs! LOL

Most definitely the ultimate.
:flowers:
I'm going to do the sirloins reverse sear again, and have decided on mashed potatoes and pan gravy and peas.
That was requested.

We split one steak because they were big.
That's about as moo as I go.

Pan gravy was a flop.
I saw it on a keto site.
It said to use pan drippings/stuff, deglaze pan, whisk in cream cheese. Nope! Didn't work.

Oh well, I should have made a "cream of ____ soup" gravy like I normally do.
Tossed some butter on, all's well that ends well.
Lol

Crawfish shrimp and cheesy grits. Sharp cheddar in the grits. Red, yellow and green bell peppers, onions, garlic, homemade andouille, bacon, butter and seafood stock, and crawfish obviously.

Wow that looks really good Sass!?

I’m having leftover enchiladas my friend made. Easily the best meal this year. And She likes to cook for 50 people so we good for awhile. :D

I had a tomato and cheese on rye with mayonnaise.
A can of sardines.... and for dessert, a pack of nutter butter cookies, and a banana...
No pics....it was a sloppy pig sty when I got into it.

I just pulled a 2 pack of artisan flatbreads from the freezer.
Pizza tonight.
Nothing fancy, just tomato sauce, Italian herbs, garlic, ground beef and cheese. Lots of cheese.

Sounds great Sass....
We do the same with pita breads or flat breads. I like chopped fresh tomato, and a little garlic powder / oregano and salt and pepper. Oh! and a sprinkle of sugar to remove the bitterness of the tomatoes. About 1/4 tsp. Lots of cheese
We use the toaster oven to bake them. When done....a sprinkle of olive oil.

Sass and Jimmy, I'm thinking about another Hawaiian pizza this weekend, but using a pre-made pizza crust or flat breads.

You just heat them up (what temp?) until the cheese melts?

Well, the new place was a bust.....

It was overpriced, and i came out underfed........

Appetizers were ...appetizers....

Oysters on the Half-Shell

Fried Calamari (Marinara was cold.... REFRIGERATOR cold...

Steamed Scallops.... Shriveled away to not even bite-sized, and I could not free them from the shell... left a chunk of meat in each for the dustbin....

Key lime Pie; it was Key lime Pie, what can I say..........

One thing I've never seen before....... a hand-washing station right on the Dining floor !

Can't post pics ! I get this message.......

There has been an emergency health scare situation with my middle granddaughter Maddie, so I've been at the hospital and will probably be going back there tonight.
Not probably. I will be.

I use Mama Mary pre-made thin crusts. I put pizza stone in oven and pre-heat oven to 500F. Place topped crust on stone when heated and bake for about 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.

I do 325ºF in my toaster oven because the top element will burn it. I like browned, but not burned pizza.
