4 1/2 c sugar
1 #2 can evaporated milk
3/4 stick butter
3 pkg semisweet chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla]
2 c pecans (or more if desired)
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and hold exactly 8 minutes. Pour in remaining ingredients. remove from heat and whip thoroughly. Pour into large flat pan lined with wax paper. Place in refrigerator or let set in cool place overnight.
