Spicy Barbecue Shrimp

LOVE this!!!! I had it a few times and it is ORGASMIC! :blush: The only drawback is, the curry paste makes a big difference and I doubt you have it on your shelf already.


  • [*]3 tablespoons lemon juice
    [*]1 tablespoon soy sauce
    [*]1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    [*]2 cloves garlic - super-chopped!
    [*]1 tablespoon sugar (I like brown sugar for this)
    [*]2 teaspoons curry paste
    [*]1 pound fresh big shrimp (not cooked yet)

  • In a rplastic bag, mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, sugar and curry paste. Add shrimp, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Preheat a grill on high then oil the grate up so nothing sticks. Thread the shrimp onto skewers or just put it in a grill basket. Take the marinade to a pan, and boil for a few minutes, but DONT BURN IT!
Grill shrimp for a few minutes until it is well cooked. Baste them a few times with the marinade.
