Went after Sprouts today, but they are getting harder to find, unless you want to go to the "Big" Stores, and fork out 3.99 Per#...

So I followed QSis's lead and went for the under-a-dollar Yellow Squash....

BBQ (Hamburger) Beef over White rice, with Grilled Yellow Squash, drizzled with a Balsamic.... and the Salad dish. also drizzled with the Balsamic...

These aren't the German meatballs I'd intended to make (another time)- these have chopped garlic, smoked paprika and parsley added. Whoa!
Good.
Yes, Jimmy.. you're right.
No inner bag in the Mrs. T's pierogies.
Now why didn't I notice that before?

I like PB&J (I like crunchy PB but no one else does) on fresh soft wonder bread and a mug of ice cold milk.
I like my leftover roasted turkey breast and stuffing on soft Wonder bread also.

So...... today we had carry out from the Budd Lake Greek diner.

Tina had stuffed flounder, and I had shrimp / scallops / mussels / and clams, over angel hair spaghetti.

I shared mine with DD. It was all awesome tasting. Salads and soup as a side.

On, Lee.
You can see it in the thread with the recipe and photos.
Next time I make it, I think I'll take the skin off.
There was a lot of liquid in the cooker at the end.
I'm going to experiment with different jelly/jam too.
Peach or cherry would be lovely.

It's just green beans with Italian dressing and bacon bits.

I've had numerous burns and cuts (to me), spills and overcooked/burns (to food) in the kitchen. But nothing serious like fires or explosions.

National Days for today:
