Default Cabbage Soup

1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c shredded broccoli
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c barley or orzo
1 garlic clove
Black pepper
1 can beef broth
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 can V8 juice
1 can stewed tomatoes
3 c water

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper until hamburger is done. Drain. Put in large stew pot and combine with rest of ingredients. cook until cabbage and barley are done.

Its good and reasonably easy to make.

I like a little more garlic though. Most things don't have enough garlic
