i am prepping for tomorrows smoke. it will be a stuffed meatloaf smoked with cherry wood.
fried up some mushrooms,onions,garlic,cajun seasoning,italian seasoning,black pepper in some leftover bacon grease
let it cool a little bit then i added some mozza and italian mixed cheese.(you will see why in a bit.)
now introducing, the fatty stuffer or fatty plunger or fatty piston
to use this, place a piece of plastic wrap on your flat working surface.i used tinfoil as i didnt have any.
