Default Got Turkey? Sandwich

Slice a croissant or dinner roll in half.
Spread one half with cream cheese, top that with sliced leftover turkey, spread cranberry sauce over the turkey and top with sprouts or micro-greens/spring mix. Slap on the other half of the croissant/roll & dig in

RM, I love the idea of cream cheese instead of mayo on one of my all-time favorite sandwiches!
