Default Honeynut Squash

My supermarket advertised a sale on these cute little squashes, that were billed to be much sweeter than butternut. Not sure about that, but they are delicious, easy to cook and to serve.

I baked the cleaned halves in my convection toaster oven, on foil, for 30 minutes at 350. Then I took the whole pan out to the grill and placed the foil with the squash on the hot grill grate for a few minutes, just to give the flesh a little more char.

Will definitely get them again!

I want that whole plate. I love that steak.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.
