Deadly Sushi

I got this from a health based cook book. I havent made this but its simple and looks GOOD!
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Place the fish in a lightly oiled ovenproof dish
Add white wine and lemon juice
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Remove fish, retaining juices
Stir olive oil and herbs into the juices
4 skinned fillet of rainbow trout
4 tbsp dry white wine
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp olive oil
1 chopped tsp fresh parsley
1 chopped tsp fresh chives
1 chopped tsp fresh dill
1 chopped tsp fresh basil
