2 (15 OZ) CANS KIDNEY BEANS
2 (15 OZ) CANS TOMATO SAUCE
1 MEDIUM ONION, SLICED
1 RING (8 OZ.) CHORIZO SAUSAGE, SLICED
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CHOPPED FINE
1 QT BEEF BROTH
1QT WATER
1 LARGE POTATO, DICED
½ CUP CELERY, CHOPPED
1 TBL VEG. OIL
½ TBL LEMON JUICE
SALT TO TASTE
¼ SMALL HEAD CABBAGE, CHOPPED
¼ TSP PAPRIKA
½ CUP MACARONI
¼ TSP BLACK PEPPER
COOK BEANS, ONION, GARLIC AND POTATO IN HOT OIL FOR 15 MINUTES.
ADD SALT, PAPRIKA AND PEPPER.
ADD TOMATO SAUCE, SAUSAGE, BROTH, WATER, CELERY AND LEMON JUICE.
COOK 2 HOURS.​
ADD CABBAGE AND MACARONI AND COOK 15 MINUTES MORE
