I'm packing a tuna salad/lettuce wrap, cantaloupe and cucumber salad.
Stay safe sweetie. I'll light a candle.
The weather tricked me!! LOL It didn't start pouring till I was all most to the store. I hate going out in the rain for several reasons. Pain, driving and especially since I fell due to the slippery cane on my deck. But since I was already there I went in.
We had rotisserie chicken, potato salad (I didn't have any of that) and watermelon for brunch.
As of now dinner will be homemade "Italian" meatball burgers simmered in homemade tomato sauce, buttered jasmine rice and steamed frozen cut green beans. I picked up Grapefruit beer and Watermelon (Wuddermelon)beer.
ShopRite sells half cakes so Chocolate cake for dessert.

This is a bbq glazed turkey meatloaf recipe based on Ina Garten's, but not followed to the letter.

We've had herbed, rolled boneless leg of lamb, pan-seared scallops (mine was on white bean and spinach ragu, his was on angel hair with browned butter sage sauce), and pan-fried burgers (mine was on salad, his was on buttered white bread).

Tina cooked a beef and peppers & onions stir fry in the iron pan.
I never knew that beef is in the meat case sliced thin already for stir fry, and even for for cheese steaks. Goes to show how long it's been since I went shopping.
