Baked hogfish with crabmeat and lobster bisque

I made this last night. My wife said it "tasted like something from a restaurant".

2 Hogfish fillets
crabmeat
1/2 can lobster bisque

butter a glass baking pan, lay fillets skin down put some cracked black pepper to taste, covered generously with crab meat(claw meat cause I'm cheap), then covered that with about 1/2 can lobster bisque. Baked at 350 until fish was flaky...delicious!

^^^ Think of the lightest mildest sweetest fish you've ever had, then imagine it even lighter, and milder, that's hogfish, my favorite fish.

Caught a lot of hog fish in southern Florida, Crazy looking fish, but you are right about the flavor. The males look like a really mad razor back
