i learned these via schooling, & i'd get ostrich burger, too, @ fuddrucker's, so this is really easily improvised. ostrich if u have a fudd's nearby.-extreamely lean, yet delicious to me. a dab of steak sauce, a 'lil lettuce, maybe a thin slice of tomato,-

arugula & that make 4 a great addition,other days sage gently blended into the meat. & hey, lol, a fried egg & some fresh black pepper & a sprinkling of seasalt. buttermilk gorgonzola, etcetera lo-carb luv

Luvs, I have a lot of sage, and am trying to use more ground turkey these days.

I wondered about adding some julienned raw sage to the burger meat. I'll try it next time!
