I’d love your 71 than my feels like 107F.
It is supposed to rain at some point. Will probably rain for five minutes and make it even more nasty.

That air funnel has made the news in all the surrounding counties.
All I could think about was let's get theeee hell outta here.
Reminded me of the tornado Jeff, Misty and I went through when the 2004 Indy 500 was cancelled and we went racing back to our hotel, but had to run for cover inside a Pizza Hut.

We had 3 separate storm systems yesterday afternoon into 1 am this morning.
Had a brief power outage at some point.
Woke up to the microwave clock and clock radio flashing.
Hot again today, heat index 106, even worse tomorrow. 😵‍💫

I think the storms are heading south of us.
Both AccuWeather and TWC show different radar predictions.
I'm not going to worry about it because I rely mostly on the Toledo11 weather app.

Much cooler today.
Apparently the storm sirens went off both in Defiance and (here) Henry county around 3:30/4:00 this morning.
I never heard them at all here.
Around the same time both Jeff and Ty texted me .
No damage that I know of, but the lightning and thunder was constant.

72.3 F out now, and humidity is lower, and much better. I don't go by the news as a means of recording the temperatures. I have my two electronic temperature thermal sensors on the north exposure of the house, and shielded from the suns rays.
I like to be precise when it comes to temperatures. The news has the temps at 6 to 8 degrees higher, and it made me wonder why?? .... Well, reason is, their sensor is mounted at the airport private little landing strip. That picks up the heat that is wafted up from the bare area that is in the sunlight. That has an influence on the correct reading.

The weather service just confirmed that was indeed an EF-1 tornado.
No wonder Jeff said it felt like the windows in his 3rd story apartment were bowing and buckling 😳

it’s 15 degrees cooler today and bare-able humidity.
Peeps, I don't know about you, but I cannot wait for fall to arrive.
I'd love nothing more than to have a year round temperate climate like we had in England.
Averages were always in the 50s low 60s, except for the rain.
There was only one summer when it was hot, and that is was in the south, which wasn't really normal.
We had snow one Christmas, but it wasn't a lot and it wasn't really cold either.
Hurry Autumn!
