Get a 1/2 dozen large DRY sea scallops and sauté..(a few more if you're hungry ) 2. Bag of 'instant' brown rice (10 mins in boiling water) and a 'head' of broccoli. Brake broccoli into pieces, lay out on baking sheet.. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in 400* oven for about 1/2 hour. Will have left over rice and broccoli..save for lunch tomorrow..
