Yesterday we had broiled marinated flank steak, oven baked fries, tomato salad (tomato, onion, fresh mozzarella balls, EVOO, balsamic vinegar) and mushroom caps (mushrooms, butter and Maggi sauce).

During this week we had grilled London broil and tomato/fresh mozzarella salad twice.
Ham steak and broccoli rabe.
Cheese, dry sausage/meats, crackers and salad.
And KFC.
Odds and ends rest of the days.

It's a freezing, rainy night and I had one of my favorite combinations: clam chowder and Caesar salad.

John, this was at home. I made the Caesar with the BEST dressing in the world. And my supermarket sells quarts of my favorite clam chowder, made by Cap'n Parker's Pub on Cape Cod.

(Union Oyster House in Boston makes my second favorite clam chowder).

I doubt we will ever get back to Boston as my son no longer works on Martha's Vineyard. So many of the places there get their chowder from Sysco and it's not bad.
