You all know the gadget .. it looks like a miniature saucepan, but without a bottom..... used to perfectly shape a fried egg, a stacked burger, etc.
what is it called ?

Lucky, does my patty-maker look like the thing you want?

It has a handle and a removable plate. With the plate in place, one side makes thicker patties, and the other side makes thinner ones.

i'll say a ring-mold. use 'em fer eggs, burgers, pastry cutting, etcetera.

LT- should i post another if i'm correct~ you could turn this one into a game!

The tool I saw on D.D & D. (Guy) was deep enough to perfectly form a stacked burger, probably 2 1/2 ".......... and it appeared to have a little heft to it.

But, seeing as how I didn't even have a name to google, I'm sure I'll find it now ....
