150 g butter
3 dl wheat flour
0.5 dl milk
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary

Filling:

1 liter boiled cabbage cut into pieces (I used Chinese cabbage, broccoli and Brussels sprouts)
100 g kebab meat slices (you can leave it away)
2 (cherry) tomatoes, sliced
1.5 dl milk
1 egg
2 tsp basil
mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix butter and flour by your fingers. Add the milk, stir quickly into a dough. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish. Add basil-flavored cabbage and kebab meats to the dish.

Mix milk and eggs. Pour over the filling. Place the tomato slices on the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 225 degrees C/437 F for 25 - 35 minutes.

Its more healthy if you leave kebab meat away. Or why not replace them by ham or few slices of bacon - just for the taste. They usually match well with the taste of cabbages.
