How smart is this?

Aw come on people. No answers yet. I guess I have to give it away. The outer white object is a cheap measuring cup I used to fill my flask with b/c of the sharp nose. Afterwards I went to a funnel. They were both efficient but I would overpour. Cause you cant see how full it is. So I invented a way of using them both with out care of overpour. Cause if it spills over the cheap measuring cup catches it. Pour it back in the bottle with no loss or spill.
