CHILI DIPPING SAUCE
1/2 cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade
juice of one lime (about 2 tbl)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp coriander seeds, toasted and ground
1 tsp sea salt
combine all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat,
stirring frequently until smooth and hot. remove from the burner and serve​
hot.
