2 1/2 t dry yeast
1c warm water
3c flour
1t salt

Put yeast bottom of mixing bowl, add flour and salt. blend. Add warm water. Blend initially with paddle, then move to hook and knead for 5 minutes.
You may need to add more water or flour, depending on the humidity.

Let rise till double, covered and oiled, in a warm spot. Punch down and stretch to fit an oiled screen. Let rise again for 1/2 an hour. Then top as you like.

I baked mine in a 450 oven for 12 minutes.

This recipe makes enough for a 18 inch pizza. I doubled it for my three smaller pans.

Basic bread dough...very simple. You can also make a loaf of French bread if you were so inclined. I add 1-1/2t of sugar and 2T Olive Oil to my pizza dough. Are you doing pizzas for lunch?

Thanks, Vera, for the recipe and the pics. (I also like the special "container" on your yellow stand mixer. Looks like something yummy in it.)
