Well, cauliflower doesn't necessarily scream biscuits, and for someone to like cauliflower is kinda like an acquired taste.

I do agree that it looks great though.

heehee. do luv' a good cauliflower, but c. biscuits and c. steak and c.dot dot dot

not really. contrived foods for the sake of 'can be done' don't often convey any kind of tasty.....

Agreed. I like cauliflower for what it is. I keep trying "faux" foods with cauliflower .... NOT.

Just like spaghetti squash is NOT a substitute for spaghetti!
