OMG I have a new weakness now.
At least I can enjoy it Its really wicked to have whipped cream,, low carb I am allowed that
piled on my coffee . then I top that off with pumpkin pie spice.
I got Carmel Nut Crunch ..
coconut hazelnut, banana foster..Next up will be pecan pie
Having to give up so much with type 2, boy I can enjoy the heck of this coffee.

how do you make your coffee? I buy whole bean & grind mine as I go. I have made several pots in the last couple days & its been weak. Man I hate to waste this coffee.
I need to use less water I guess. Or make my grind bigger Or something.

For 12 cups, I put 4 coffee scoops of beans in the grinder and hold the grinding button down and count to 20 (Alton Brown said to do that).
For 6 cups, I put 2 coffee scoops of beans in the grinder.
I have an automatic drip.
I like the strength of my coffee, but some might think it weak?

ok thanks. I made another pot & it was better.
I put 3scoops = 3T heaping of coffee to 4cups of water.it was a little strong
so later I will use 5cups of water lol. most likely in the morning. 2 pots of coffee is way more then I need .
when I use 8oclock , I do 5cups water 2 scoops of medium grind. I'll have to play with it.
they had free shipping today. I almost bought some more.

I assume Pumpkin Spice coffee tastes like pumpkin spice but that doesn't click with my imagination. How good is it?
