Curried Chicken Thighs

6 chicken thighs
1 clove garlic-minced
Salt and pepper
1/2 lemon
1/2 c butter
2 1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t paprika
3/4 c Dijon mustard
1 c honey
1 tsp soy sauce

Season dry chicken with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon over. Melt butter-add curry powder, paprika,mustard, honey, soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I didn't take a picture of them yesterday, but yes, the first time I made them the skin came out crispy enough.

That looks excellent and would try that baked on the back side of the charcoal grill. My skills with with India cooking are non existent and would like to do more for sides besides basmati rice. I think I have some Indian cook books and will look into it.
