When you post from 3rd parties like PhotoBucket the picture on NCT is dependent on the url remaining active and correct. A better, more permanent method of posting pictures to NCT is directly from your hard drive.
Click on "1" and it brings up the panel where "2" is located. Click choose file and when the file or files are chosen click upload.
