Inn Lake Fried Chicken

2 c AP flour
1/4 c paprika
2 T salt
2 T pepper
1 T mustard powder
1 T thyme
1 t ginger
1/2 t oregano

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3-4 lbs of chicken pieces, or 1 cut up fryer
corn oil for frying

Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients, and place in large ziplock bag.
In a large deep dish, beat eggs and milk.
Dip chicken into egg mix, then drop in bag and shake to coat.
In large CI skillet, heat oil.
Brown chicken well, then remove and place in a greased 13x9 baking dish.

Bake uncovered for an hour.
