1/2 large onion-chopped
1 T butter
3 c cubed potatoes
1 small can diced green chilies-drained
1 c cottage cheese
2 c grated cheddar
10 eggs-beaten
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
pinch of nutmeg

Melt butter in skillet and brown the onion.
Mix with remaining ingredients and pour in 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for an hour.

8 generous servings.
