I've been wanting to try one of these white sauces, but the Boss doesn't like
the idea of a mayo based "bbq" sauce. She isn't much on mayo... sigh.
Looks tasty!

Oh if that would work! Unfortunately, she's a Phd and has Wifey Mind Reading Abilities, so she'd know the truth and I'd be in the doghouse!

The plan is to eventually make 2 batches, one with white and one with red....

I pulled a recipe for the sauce from a "Cooks country" magazine a few years back. We were very skeptical about it, but pressed on in the spirit of adventure. Its since become a favorite around our house-I think the Mrs prefers it over the "regular" BBQ chicken!

And the sauce ain't half bad on potato chips neither.......
