Lemon Garlic Seared Scallops

1 lb Scallops
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Mix spices together.

Pat scallops dry and toss with spices.

In skillet, add oil on high heat, Add scallops in batches in a single layer (do not over crowd) Cook for 3 minutes on one side. Toss in garlic, turn scallops and cook for 3 minutes to sear other side.

Remove from heat. Add lemon juice. Serve on bed of rice with juices or you can toss with your favourite pasta.
