did 3 styles of turkey.....one pizza turkey, one stuffed and the other brined in a sweet & spicy mixture

Turkey Pizza Roll up

turkey tender sauced


pepperoni


cheese


cream cheese


rolled


wrapped in bacon

2nd - stuffing,cranberry apple mixture







still on the mini..fightiing the cold and wind today...worse comes to worse will finish in the roaster oven

brined...ended up sweet but not spicy at all..still tasted good though

i liked them both

the cream cheese added a very nice touch to the pizza roll..

the grannysmith apples i used with the wholeberry cranberry sauce added something as well,,

they were both great..lol
