Wife said 49 I said 45. Looks like an older woman trying to look like her sorority daughter. We used to see this in college, back when the girls would wear baseball caps with their pony tails stuck thru the back.
We would see their moms drive them up to drop them off, and they are dressed just like their teen daughter...

Yes she looks like she has been rode hard and put away wet a lot over the years but she still looks a lot like Hoogan's daugther to me so I stand by early 20's.
