Default "Chicken, Basil & Sun-Dried Tomato"

CHICKEN, BASIL & SUN-DRIED TOMATO SANDWICHES

Choice of bread (I like home-made white or dill bread for this)
Roasted Chicken Breast, sliced
Fresh Basil Leaves
Sun-Dried Tomatoes, slice thin and use sparingly
Baby Swiss Cheese/or/Provolone, sliced thin
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spread the bread lightly with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Layer with sliced Chicken Breast, Basil Leaves, a little Sun Dried Tomato, Swiss Cheese slices.
This can be grilled in a large pan on the stovetop (use a little olive oil to grease the pan lightly) flip to brown both sides as you would a grilled cheese sandwich - - - or prepare open face under the broiler.
Until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
