I've got my head wrapped around T-bones!!

I bought some lovely 16-20 shrimp, so may start with a traditional shrimp cocktail

Dinner will be grilled T-bones, baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and tri-coloured tomato bruschetta.

Was hoping to make a lemon meringue pie but have some sliced peaches and strawberries left from last night. May do shortcakes, instead.

Congrats Lifesaver, you now have your 2nd entry into the win a NCT apron contest. :thumb:

We are trying Grillinfool's prime rib recipe. We bought a big ole Rib eye roast and plan to cook it on a propane grill with indirect heat. This was supposed to be done on the new Weber grill i ordered but it still has not arrived and the meat won't wait. Doing it on the old grill will be a challenge but we are going to try it.

It's baby backs on the smoker, Baby. I'm using Everglades seasoning for the rub.

OMG! Those ribs look sooo good, Buzz. How long does it take to smoke them? I've never used a smoker.

No offense, but you have an ugly looking dog, Buzz.

2 to 2 1/2 hours in the smoker at 225, then 2 hours in the oven at 225 wrapped in foil with apple juice, then about 1 more hour in the oven unwrapped until the meat hits 172 F. Rest for 15 minutes. Eat. Don't forget the Miller Lite. :in_love:

I love the way these puppies roar during mating season.

DH is smoking some baby back ribs, I'm going to doctor up some canned baked beans and we're going to have yet another salad from the garden. The lettuce is coming in beautifully
