Threw this together last night. Don’t know what to call this recipe yet, so I’m just calling it Oven Baked Wings For Two. Thought about calling them “Confused Wings” since there are so many “International” ingredients. :yum:

Oven Baked Wings For Two

Ingredients:

6 – 8 whole wings
1/4 cup Marsala wine
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup Catalina dressing (can also use French or Russian)
Garlic Powder (or minced garlic)
Black Pepper

Preparation:

Place wings in a sealable bag (such as Zip-Loc). Combine Marsala, Balsamic vinegar, and Teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Add a few dashes of garlic powder and pepper. Whisk well and pour over the wings. Seal bag making sure to squeeze as much air out as possible. Let the wings marinate in the mixture for at least 4 hours.

Bake wings 25 minutes at 400. After that time, brush on a layer of Catalina dressing for a glaze and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes to set the glaze.
