Batter Dogs
Oil for deep frying
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Cayenne to taste
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. hot dogs
Wooden skewer sticks
Heat oil to 375 degrees. Mix the ingredients. Dip hotdogs into batter 1-2 at a time.
Cook until golden brown (2-3 minutes). Drain on a paper towels on a cookie sheet. Put a
skewer into each hot dog and enjoy. Serve with mustard, ketchup, and BBQ sauce for dipping..... I also put out Duck SauceOil for deep frying
