Dried Beef Casserole

2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 cups milk
1/4 pound dried beef
1/2 pound cheddar cheese - shredded
1 medium onion - chopped
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tins of cream of mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients in large baking or casserole dish and refridgerate overnight or 12 to 14 hourTop with dried bread crumbs and bake at 325 degrees for one hour. This stuff is as good as it gets! :thumb:

Wow! I have NEVER seen this recipe before!!! WAY easy!

I'm definitely going to try it!

What do you do with the HB eggs, Ian? Are they sliced?

Sorry about that, Lee. DW reminded me that that had gotten left out of the original recipe and I totally forgot to add it in in the steps to do before refrigeration! Dumb!! Anyway, when you mix everything together before you put it into the casserole dish to refigerate overnight, etc., you chop the boiled eggs and add that to the mix.

I apologize for the oversight - thanks for catching the mistake.
