Default MARINADE / BASTING SAUCE FOR BEEF

MARINADE / BASTING SAUCE FOR BEEF

BEER MARINADE FOR BEEF

2 (12 oz) cans Beer
2 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Olive oil
1 tsp Ground cayenne pepper
1 TBL Wine vinegar
2 TBL prepared horseradish
1 tsp Onion powder
2 TBL Lemon juice
1 tsp Garlic powder
Combine all ingredients together.
This is good as a marinade as well as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
