Default Farewell Good Eats

As a foodie and a science geek I shed a tear at the last episode of "Good Eats".
http://www.seriouseats.com/2011/05/a...d-network.html Thank you Alton Brown for the humor, culinary techniques and the science behind them.

What??? Nooooooooo!!
I really liked that show.
At least we'll have reruns to enjoy.
I wonder, does he have other television plans for the future?

I enjoyed his instructional show on how to properly deep fry a Thanksgiving turkey.
The man is brilliant and funny.

He is hillarious! I like to watch him on Iron Chef America too. I just remembered that we have the first season on DVD. "Santa" brought them for my son a couple of Christmases ago. He loves the show too!

I've always loved his humor. It has bugged me, though, that he got involved with Shun/Kershaw and promoted those hideous and ineffective Alton's Angle knives.

You only do things like that for the money....

awwww shucks to hear that.

He was so much fun to watch. Laid back. I loved his cooking on asphalt. I have watched that whole thing 2 times. They came to Charleston too. Then the one where he traveled & was on a boat.

I'll be watching the reruns & on You Tube.

Those yahoos & old hasbeens they have now on Tv aren't even worth the time to watch.
