Default Cajun seasoning

"Cajun"- type blend

1 cup Hungarian paprika
1 cup chili powder
3/4 cup whole fennel seeds
1/2 cup ground cumin (the "armpit" spice..)
1/2 cup garlic powder or granulated garlic
1/4 cup salt (i use less)
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (i use more)
3 tablespoons dried basil
4 tablespoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons white pepper

Put it all in your grinder, grind it all together, and use on almost everything from boiled vegetables to dry rubs for meats !!.
