One of the kids in cookery class was doing this the other day - very intriguing. I still think moving between the half shells is less complicated.

I used this method last week and was amazed! I was never able to make white cakes in the past bc I found it so hard to seperate the egg whites from the yolk- now all the white cake mixes better watch out
