Default TGIFriday 3/30/2012 What's on the stove?

The plan is eggplant (probably parmesan) and salad (maybe linguine also).

What's your plan?

I would have loved to copy peeps eggplant...b u t .....

DW is making a load of macaroni and cheese...

SHE JUST MIXED..a can of salmon with bread and egg for salmon patties for supper.

She will fry the salmon patties after dredging in flour, and then fry the sliced potatoes.

We usually eat them with pickles on the side.

Not bad; they are good...but not a good leftover meal. IMO! Oooops! DW just made a blueberry cake!

Roast beef, baked potato, asparagus. The gravy was the best I've ever had.

My mom and her husband came for dinner last night and brought T-bone steaks, which we grilled. We also had baked potatoes and roasted asparagus with balsamic glaze.

With lots of fresh asparagus hitting the markets, I threw together my "Breezy Chicken Asparagus with Oyster/Black Bean Sauce" last night for dinner, served on a be of Jasmine rice.
