make egg salad
spread egg salda on ham to cover thin
chop black and green olives real small
sprinklee them over chp a kosher pickle over reall small
roll up
use tooth ppick to portion size
cut through the portions line up on plate

These sound wonderful, and I always have that stuff in my house!

You know, Mommy, this would be an excellent way to use up leftovers from Easter dinner! If you can't get the ham sliced thinly enough to roll up, you could just top crackers or toasted party bread slices with the ingredients you listed.
