200 g sugar
3/4 dl water*
150 g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon peppermint flavour
1. Mix the water and sugar in a saucepan. Boil the mixture for 1 minute.
2. Stir in the peppermint flavour and powdered sugar.
3. Drop a baking sheet with a spoon small drops.
4. Put in the fridge until caramels are hard.
*3/4 dl = 75 mL = 1/3 cup
