This is a "work in progress". I have been trying for years to duplicate Cattleman's Texas Gold BBQ sauce. This is getting there. One of the ladies at the country club I work at is absolutely addicted to this stuff!
Allen’s Mustard BBQ Sauce
Yields: ~ 1 c
½ c yellow mustard
½ c ketchup
¼ c packed brown sugar
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t onion powder
Liquid smoke, TT
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer until the flavors marry, about 20 minutes.
