Classic "Corny" Baked Chicken
1 1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground pepper
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 chicken, cut in serving pieces
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a pie plate, combine cornflake crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place evaporated milk in another pie plate
Dip chicken in milk; then roll in seasoned crumbs. Place chicken, skin side up, in a baking dish.
Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
