1/4- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2cup chopped celery
1/2cup straw mushrooms
1/2cup halved baby corn
1/4cup sliced carrots
1/2cup snow peas, strings removed
2tablespoons rice wine or sherry
