Zippy Tomato Cocktail

1 cucumber, peeled and grated
6 cups canned tomato juice
3 green onions (scallions), finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Generous Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Cracked black pepper

In a container, add the cucumber to the tomato juice with the remaining
ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Strain before
serving. Serves 8

This is great as is, and also works well as a Bloody Mary Base !
