8 Chicken breasts, skinned, boneless or bone-in
1 Pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 Cup, white rice, un-cooked
2 Cans condensed, Cream of Chicken Soup
2-1/2 Soup cans water
Salt & Pepper, to taste
In large bowl, Mix 2 cans, Cream of Chicken soup with 2-1/2 soup cans water.
In a Large baking pan pour half of Cream of Chicken/water Mix.
Pour half of bag of mixed vegetables over cream of chickem/water mix.
Pour half of the un-cooked rice over mixed vegetables.
Add Salt & Pepper as desired.
Place pieces of skinned, chicken, side-by-side, leaving a little space between each piece.
Pour remaining ingredients, In The Same Order You Did The First Round and add Salt & Pepper to taste.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours or until done.
When done, let rest at least 30 minutes before serving.
